Human impacts

No doubt about it that Virtual Reality has been changing the world with its technology. There are some benefits to having VR technology and there are also some impacts of having it. Since the beginning of VR, the biggest impact it has had on us is how VR has taken the gaming industry to a new world. Video games are more impressive than ever and more interactive than ever before. The next big impact was in the automobile industry, big companies can preview their vehicles and see what they would look like before even making a prototype. Another big impact that VR has had takes place in the Healthcare industry. Doctors can be trained for surgery using VR headsets. There is also VR therapy that is offered at some hospitals. While there are plenty of positive impacts, there are some negative impacts of VR and most seem to be health risks or injury. When you have the headset on you lose your sense of your surroundings and you could fall or trip on something and get injured. You also could face dizziness, eye soreness, nausea, and/or seizures. Another impact of VR is the information security aspect of the device, and how the companies are able to protect our info. The impacts of VR are mainly positive, and the negative impacts do not deter people from using or trying out virtual reality.
